3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 Products shown in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking “Submit order” in the final step, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an email confirmation.

- Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival: 90%
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 75%
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 50%
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 20%

All prices are non-binding and may change without prior notice.
7. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
